Mumbai, January, 2026: The ITM IHM Annual Principal Meet unfolded as a distinguished and enriching gathering of academic leaders from across the educational spectrum. Bringing together principals and senior academicians from 19 colleges, the event created a vibrant platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, skill enhancement, and collaborative networking. The meet encouraged thoughtful conversations on academic excellence, leadership, and best practices in higher education, reinforcing a shared vision and strengthening professional bonds among participating institutions.
The gathering commenced on an inspiring note with a keynote address by Prof. RSS Mani, who shared invaluable insights drawn from his illustrious professional journey. His reflections on leadership, innovation in education, and the evolving role of principals resonated deeply with the audience and set a motivating tone for the day.
A key highlight of the event was the Financial Literacy session titled “Secure Future through Financial Wisdom,” conducted by Mr. Amit Sharma. The session offered practical and relatable guidance on financial planning and management, emphasizing the importance of informed decision-making for both personal well-being and institutional sustainability.
The meet also featured a series of engaging, hands-on workshops curated exclusively for the principals, blending learning with creativity. Chef Shivani curated a classic workshop on Healthy Bakes, where participants explored nutritious alternatives such as Ragi cookies and Mug Cakes. Adding a festive flair, a special session on crafting New Year cakes and personalized edible gifts was conducted by Chef Yatin and Ms. Bhakti, delighting participants with creative ideas they could take back home.
Adding immense pride to the occasion, the event also provided a platform for students, now proud alumni of the colleges represented by the attending principals, to showcase their culinary excellence. The students set up a beautifully curated spread of delicacies from around the world, highlighting global flavors, refined presentation, and professional finesse, much to the admiration of the guests.
Further enhancing the experiential learning, participants enjoyed a refreshing mocktail-making session led by Mr. Aaron, while Mr. Dhiraj conducted an insightful Table Etiquette training, offering valuable perspectives on fine dining standards and professional hospitality practices.
