Pune, January 24, 2024: The screening of “Raahgir – The Wayfarers” at the Pune International Film Festival garnered immense praise as Producer Amit Agarwal, known for his involvement in impactful films like “M S Dhoni – The Untold Story” and “Simran,” showcased his latest creation. Directed by the National Award-winning filmmaker Goutam Ghose, the film stars Adil Hussain, Tillotama Shome, Neeraj Kabi, and Omkardas Manikpuri, captivating the audience with its emotional portrayal of the struggles faced by impoverished individuals traversing India on foot in search of economic opportunities.
The storyline of “Raahgir – The Wayfarers” revolves around three characters forging connections amidst their journey for livelihood. Filmed in the picturesque state of Jharkhand, with extensive shooting in Ranchi and Netarhat, the movie delves into the depths of human empathy during times of crisis.
