Hyderabad, January 2024: Manthan School hosted a comprehensive University Fair, featuring participation from over 20 prestigious universities and colleges across India. The event, held at the school’s Tellapur campus, showcased diverse programs in Arts & Humanities, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, and Pure Sciences.
Participating institutions included renowned names such as FLAME University (Pune), O. P Jindal University (Delhi NCR), GITAM University (Hyderabad), Mahindra University (Hyderabad), and Indian School of Hospitality (Delhi, NCR), among others.
The University Fair is one of several initiatives by the school to ensure students are well-prepared to navigate their future paths with confidence. In August 2023, the school organized a global university fair featuring over 50 prestigious global universities, including University of California Santa Cruz (US), Illinois Institute of Technology (US), University of Toronto (Canada), and University of Bristol (UK).
Manthan students are highly regarded by top Indian and global universities. Representatives from University of California, Santa Cruz, and FLAME University praised the students for their innovation, community service, academic excellence, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
The fair provided students with an opportunity to interact with university representatives, gaining insights into requirements and application processes. Sohan, a Cambridge student, remarked, “This fair was a wonderful opportunity for me to explore new universities. The representatives were incredibly helpful in addressing all my queries, helping me broaden my choices with my university applications.”
Fairina Siddiqui, College and Career Counsellor at Manthan, highlighted the importance of direct engagement between students, parents, and universities. Ruchika Upadhyay, Vice Principal and Head of Academics at Manthan, expressed satisfaction with the school’s focus on education, engagement, and exposure.
