Learning when to speak up and not being afraid to share my opinions has enabled me to move from contributor to leader and has ultimately been critical to my success.Know your values and make decisions in all areas of your life (business, family, and self) based on these. Look for ways to blend, not balance, these three parts of your life so you don’t feel you have to compromise anything you value and treasure. You can have it all with the discipline to identify what serves you — and to dump whatever doesn’t.”

The story of AJ began with being an investor, research analyst, women empowerment / financial planning speaker, fashion model, founder of Mumbai- based Florian Spa-N-Salon , Founder of India Brainy Pageant Show , Founder of Florian Foundation along With that Council Board Member of Wicci , Maharashtra Information and Broadcasting to Finally An Author of She’s Unlimited and Unboxing Beauty.
Her Journey As Entrepreneur, Social Activist, Fashion Model and as Author is truly phenomenal. Archana believes that age is just a number when one has the will and courage to do things and achieve all that one wants in life. At 29, she has achieved a lot – numerous awards, trophies, titles and much more.
It is because of her strong headedness and her tendency to dive in head first, that she has achieved success in every step she takes.Archana finished her schooling at JB Vaccha High School and completed her graduation from R A Poddar college along with a degree in the Wellness Industry. She completed her course in Bachelor in Commerce and simultaneously pursued a course of Hairstyling with Jawed Habib.
She further pursued her MBA in Global Financial Management from S.P Jain Global Management Institute and course in GFMP from Bombay Stock Exchange. Archana has also acquired multiple professional degrees in Skin, Aesthetic, Trichology, Obesity management, SPA Therapy from Tulip International, Australia. Archana was very keen and showed immense interest in the Stock Market and is an investor and research analyst in markets.
Archana Jain is an ardent social activist and is selflessly working since last 3 years for underprivileged children/women and campaigning for the children’s & women rights. She is a very hard working, devoted, sincere, passionate and simple lady who has a strong commitment towards supporting the underprivileged women and children in society.
Her ability to manage diverse activities coupled with her realistic approach and courage along with her team has progressed Florian Foundation to incredible heights. She is a Part of Many Other NGO too Trying to Reach out to the Maximum People and Serve the Society With Kindness. She says You must not lose faith in humanity.
