Directed by Suzad Iqbal Khan and produced under the banner of Shalimar Productions Limited by Tilok Kothari and Kiran Shergill, “Majnoo” is co-produced by Jugnu Sharma. Sabha Varma is the writer of the film, and Sanjay Bhushan Patiyala is the film’s publicist. The lyrics are penned by Gurmeet Singh, Rishi Malhi, and Manisha Vyas, with music composed by Gurmeet Singh.
