Big Action Of ED In Money Laundering Case, SuperTech Chairman RK Arora Arrested

Money Laundering Case RK Arora Arrest: The Enforcement Directorate has arrested RK Arora (RK Arora), chairman and managing editor of real estate company Supertech, in a money laundering case. These properties belonged to Supertech Group of Companies and its directors and these properties were located in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. ED confiscated these properties under the provision of Money Laundering Act.

Police Of These States Filed FIR

Explain that the Enforcement Directorate has arrested RK Arora under the Money Laundering Act on the basis of FIRs filed by Delhi Police, Haryana Police and Uttar Pradesh Police.

 

An ED spokesperson said that the company and its directors are alleged to have cheated people by collecting funds from prospective buyers as advance against booked flats and failed to give possession of flats to these people in time. are. ED spokesperson said that the company has committed fraud with public money.

ED Spokesperson Cited The Investigation

The spokesperson further said that investigation found that Supertech Ltd and Group Companies collected money from public and took project specific term loans from banks and financial institutions. However, these funds were misused and were used to buy land in the name of other group companies.
